Shots Fired on Belle Island
Apparently quite a few folks witnessed police activity on Belle Island on Monday night, Sept. 13th.
Reports from fellow cyclists are saying that people were being told to leave the island and while people on the island were being told to get off.
The same cyclists are also saying that the shooter took aim at a fellow cyclist.
If you have any comments, questions, or info. to add, please head to this thread on CyclingCentralVa.org.
